GT1: Porsche 911 GT1 Strassen,
GT2: Porsche 911 GT2 is pretty much the only street-legal car I can think of, most GT2s are race cars (GT-R GT2, 458 GT2, etc)
GT3: Plenty of these. One of my faves now is the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 revealed earlier this week.
GT4: Again, Porsche has this covered: Cayman GT4, also the 911 GT4 for the European GT4 series, but this didn't exist for road customers.
GT5: Erm, only thing I can thing of is the Video game Gran Turismo 5, lol.

Well, if you counted both the Grand Prix and the Beretta, along with some of the euro-crap boxes, these should count.

The Elantra GT is not a wagon version of the sedan. It had a different (stiffer) suspension and slightly different steering than its sedan. In fact, they are completely different cars except for the engine and transaxle. Thus, a GT.

As for the Fiero, up to the point of the release of the GT model, it had only been a four cylinder. The GT added much needed V6 and actual power.
